Terms
Short, because the product is short, and in plain words because you should be able to read them.
What this is
A scheduling tool for two people who already know each other well enough to be arranging a time. Each of you describes a repeating schedule and it works out the hours you have in common. That is the whole function.
There are no profiles, no photographs, no messaging, no search, no browsing and no introductions. We do not put anyone in touch with anyone: you arrive already knowing each other. All we hold is a first name, a repeating schedule, and an email address if you chose to give one.
What it produces is an estimate from a pattern you typed in yourself. It is not a record of anything and it proves nothing about what happened. It is not legal, financial, custody or therapeutic advice, and nothing here is advice about your own arrangement.
You must be an adult
Eighteen or over. Do not enter information about anyone else, including your children. Whatever you type into the name field is shown to the other party.
How not to use it
This tool tells someone when another person is likely to be free and, by implication, when they are likely to be alone. That is useful between two people who both want to meet, and it is a weapon in other hands. So:
- Do not use it to monitor, track, locate or keep tabs on anyone, including a former partner or a co-parent.
- Do not use it to contact anyone you have been ordered not to contact, or in any way that breaches a protective, restraining or custody order.
- Do not enter another person’s information, or make a link on somebody else’s behalf without them knowing.
- Do not open, answer or probe a pairing you were not sent. Do not make repeated links to work out someone’s schedule.
- Do not use it to harass, intimidate or frighten anyone.
- Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse the service, or to reach records that are not yours.
If you are doing any of that, stop using OffWeekend.
The times we show you may be wrong
We calculate from a repeating school-year pattern that you type in. We do not know your arrangement, your holiday rotation, your summer schedule, whether school was cancelled, or whether your co-parent swapped a weekend. Anything near a school holiday is especially likely to be wrong.
Check any time against your actual arrangements before you rely on it. Your obligations are yours, and nothing here changes them or advises you on them.
We are not part of the meeting
We do not verify identity, we do not run background checks, and we make no claim about the person on the other end of a link. What happens between you is between you. Please read the safety page and the safety answer on the FAQ.
What to expect from it
This is a free experiment run by one person. It may break, be wrong, or disappear. Do not rely on it for anything that matters.
There is no charge, no subscription and no payment. There is no uptime commitment, no support commitment and no promise to keep it running. Links expire after fourteen days by design, and that is not a setting.
Stopping
You stop by stopping. Delete your links and close the tab; there is no account to cancel and nothing to unsubscribe from. We may stop serving the site, or stop serving a particular person who is using it as described in “how not to use it” above.
Odds and ends
If part of this page turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. Not acting on something once does not mean giving it up. These terms, together with the privacy page, are what governs your use of OffWeekend. They are governed by the laws of the State of California.
In effect since 21 August 2026. When something material changes we will update that date and say what changed. Run by SANSPNASH, a sole operator in California. Questions: support@agor.love.
Written by the person who built OffWeekend, in plain language. It describes what the software does. It is not legal advice, and nothing here is advice about your own situation or your parenting arrangement.
